So those thousands of Forum posts where the word Realtor is used without the Trademark symbol and used in Place of the Word Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker, What is Mary Newill, the NAR legal team doing about that?
Thousands upon Thousand of Trademark infringements for the WORD = Real-A-Tor.. everywhere and NAR attorneys want to shut me up.. even when I was a REALTOR I could not use their special covetated word in my domain name...
yet NAR has been in several lawsuits for infringing on other people's trademarks and guess what the REALTORS in the field and in turn you Real Estate Consumer pay for that...
NAR trademark Yammering is just more of their SELECTIVE bullying...
