Will NAR Trademark Attorney Mary Newill Sue Movie Companies - Producers...
Movies that Use Realtor in Place of Real Estate Agent, these movies that make millions upon millions do this and make money over and over again.... Seriously they Say Realtor, really THEY do... NOT Real Estate Broker.... Does NAR threaten to Sue them for Using Realtor as a Synonym for Real Estate Broker or is that just for those they think they can over power, out finance, out “Attorney” ?

NAR Trademark Tidbits
So those thousands of Forum posts where the word Realtor is used without the Trademark symbol and used in Place of the Word Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker, What is Mary Newill, the NAR legal team doing about that?
Thousands upon Thousand of Trademark infringements for the WORD = Real-A-Tor.. everywhere and NAR attorneys want to shut me up.. even when I was a REALTOR I could not use their special covetated word in my domain name...
yet NAR has been in several lawsuits for infringing on other people's trademarks and guess what the REALTORS in the field and in turn you Real Estate Consumer pay for that...
NAR trademark Yammering is just more of their SELECTIVE bullying...

Is it a "Realtor" Trademark Violation to bid in Adwords for the search term Realtor ?
Is it a Trademark Violation for ColdwellBanker.com , Foreclosure.com, Century21.com and more to bid in adsense for the term "Realtor" - it should be.
Maybe NAR Does not Get this One Yet. Seems like the National Association of Realtors should really hire some internet marketing experts to help them with the complication of this fancy new internet thing.

Ok so we know the National Association of Realtors is looking at this site, but what we don't know is if they will attack the messenger, me, or if they will really wake up and figure out that thousands are making millions off of their coveted "Realtor" in their domain name, and when I was a Realtor they stopped me. So keep members down but let non-member trash their name and make big money doing it....

I can find sites that violate NAR's so called Rules all day long, and they are clueless but let a Realtor member, such as I was have legitimate names and they stop me, while still allowing sites like SexRealtor.com , NarRealtor.com , NAR.com , and thousands upon thousands of other names to exist and make money. The National Association of Realtors thinks the sites are down or not active, DUH... who do think gets paid for the advertisers on the site. The National Association of Realtors is gettting a FREE education from me, and not even a thank you.

Nar.com - Mary Newill - National Association of Realtors Trademark issues
NAR's trademark attorney likes to harass me for the use of the word Realtor in Place of Real Estate Agent though everyone does it and I sent her thousands of websites as proof. Mary emailed me a few years back out domain names I had with Realtor in the Domain Name, I was a Realtor then and she scared me so I lost, let go of 200 domain names, at that time I told Mary Newill of the National Association of Realtors about several other folks who were making money with names that had Realtor in them, she said she would be talking to them. 4 years later those folks, having not been afraid of Mary Newill and the National Association of Realtors, they kept their names and make money from them to this day.
So either the National Association of Realtors cannot take these names or will not, or they just don't want their members competing on the internet for the word 'Realtor'. The National Association of Realtors like to keep Realtors / members of NAR in the dark on Internet Marketing. So even though Mary Newill can't or won't do anything I still like to let her know who is making money from namses associated with Realtor.

another Example of a Parked Domain Name where the Parking Company makes money, the registrar makes money, and the domain name owner makes money... and the National Association of Realtors Can Do NOTHING about it...

What about this One, the Telemarket Resource Group has owned the Domain Name since 1998, I know that in 98 REALTOR was seriously clueless about Domain Names. This Domain name has Great Value, it is now parked at godaddy.. Duh.. godaddy is making money from the adds on the site.. Realtor, NAR does not care. Yet these folks keep renewing the Domain name.. if NAR, Realtor .. the National Association of Realtors could take away their Domain Name they would have... so the National Association of Realtors can do nothing about it.. KEEP your Realtor Domain names....

take this site for Example. the National Association of Realtors must have told them to shut down, so they park the name, it looks shut down.. but ALL the advertisers on the site pay google or yahoo and when someone clicks on the ads, the Parking Company - and the Domain Name owner make money... the National Association of Realtors is Clueless at how this New Fangled Internet Things work.. folks like Mary Newill and the New President of NAR Charles McMillan Do not even Own their own Dot Com. .. I SHOULD not have let my names go.. 200 names 3 years, hundreds of hours working on the sites and the names, the registrar fees and I let them go because Mary Told me I was breaking the law and threatened Legal Action but guys like this Keep Going Strong....
